As a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach, I specialise in body image, our relationship with food & self worth. Please don’t worry, that has nothing to do with full-length mirrors or weighing scales, & everything to do with helping you feel comfortable & confident.

This is an area of relief from all the 1000 things we think we need to do, to be happier, successful & more lovable.

I want you to enjoy your life more. To lie on a beach without holding your stomach in. To be present for life’s small moments. To see your food as more than calories. To jump into those photo’s so you can look back on the memories one day.   To embrace you.

Alicia Tetley

You are in safe hands. With over a decade of experience immersed in psychology, I bring a wealth of knowledge as a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach. My journey has been shaped by academic, professional and hands-on practice, allowing me to work with individuals aged 12 to 65, navigating a wide spectrum of mental health challenges.

My career began by supporting adolescent inpatients in an NHS mental health hospital for nine years. During this time, I earned my First Class Honours in Childhood & Adolescence - Mental Health Professional Studies at Bishop Grosseteste University. This foundation led me to share my expertise with the Lincolnshire community, where I trained hundreds of professionals to become Mental Health First Aiders, empowering them to support & protect young people's mental health.

Most recently, my toolset expanded as I trained to be a Certified Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, choosing to specialise in body image, disordered eating and self worth. I recognise these issues as significant influences on the mental health of women and all those who identify as women. Over the past four years, I’ve honed a person-centred approach, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy models with a solution focused approach, driven by a deep commitment to eliminating Diet Culture. It has been my privilege to witness clients of all ages transform through this unique coaching process; embracing body neutrality, experiencing food freedom & most importantly, becoming comfortable & confident deep within themselves.
