This course is designed for the people ready to do the deeper inner work to achieve the lifelong lasting change.

Through this course, each week I will teach you the tools, strategies, and mindset shifts to confidently live a life free of shame and self-criticism. You will complete small tasks week by week to do the inner work that is crucial to develop the skills to maintain a balanced, happy, and fulfilling relationship with your body and food—for life.
Thing is, I want you to enjoy your life more. To lie on a beach without holding your stomach in. To be present for life’s small moments. To jump into those photos with your kids so you can look back on those memories one day.
You really don’t need another diet or quick-fix solution—you need to understand your personal psychology: the way you think, the experiences you have had, what emotional connection you have with food. We have to understand them to move on, do things differently and create internal lasting change. With my guidance, you’ll develop lifelong skills to honour your body and feel empowered, you’ll never feel hate towards your body or go through the dread of a weight loss program again.
