Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach specialising in Body Image, Disordered Eating, and Self-Worth. With over a decade of experience in Mental Health and Psychology—and the last 4 years dedicated to helping women heal their relationship with their bodies—I’m passionate about creating spaces where women can come together to rewrite the narrative for themselves and future generations.
Having worked with girls as young as 13 and women into their 60s, I know the scrutiny we place on our bodies doesn’t just fade with time. But, we can change how we feel about ourselves. We can step away from the pressure and build a healthier, kinder relationship with our bodies, food, and self-worth. This workshop is your chance to take the first step.
